All government-related fuel prices are obtained directly from public databases via official APIs.

• apiAustria (E-Control API): Used to retrieve Austrian fuel prices and coordinates from the official regulatory authority Energie-Control Austria (https://www.e-control.at) / Spritpreisrechner (https://www.spritpreisrechner.at).
• apiSpain (MITECO API): Used to retrieve Spain's national fuel prices and coordinates from the Spanish Ministry for Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge (https://geoportalgasolineras.es).

6. Data Deletion Policy for ReTanken: Spritpreise & Sparen

Teksevi keeps data only as long as needed for the purposes described here, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, payment, dispute, or regulatory reasons.
